Do you take a percentage of my revenue?

Nope! We charge a flat monthly fee. You keep 100% of your studio's revenue. Your Helcim merchant account processes payments directly to your bank account. We never touch your money.

What payment processor do you use?

We integrate with Helcim, a modern payment processor with transparent pricing (.4% above interchange). You create your own Helcim merchant account, so payments go directly to your bank. No middlemen, no delays.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes! Both Base and Premium plans include custom domain support. You can run your studio on yourstudio.com. Your members will never see "Wellspring" anywhere - it's fully white-labeled.

How long does setup take?

Base plan includes guided onboarding (2 calls + documentation) over 2 weeks. Premium plan includes white-glove migration where we import all your data and set everything up for you in 3-4 weeks. Either way, you'll be up and running quickly.

What's the difference between Base and Premium?

Base ($300/mo) is perfect for single-location studios and includes everything you need: unlimited members, custom domain, white-labeled app, full platform, and same-day support.

Premium ($500/mo) adds multi-location support, within-the-hour support (even weekends), FREE white-glove data migration, dedicated account manager, priority feature development, monthly custom design hours, and direct access to our founders Kyle & John. It's for established studios or multi-location operators who want a true technology partner.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel anytime, no questions asked. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Wellspring isn't the right fit, we'll refund your first month completely.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes! Pay annually and save 2 months (equivalent to ~17% off). Base plan becomes $3,000/year ($250/month equivalent). Premium becomes $5,000/year ($417/month equivalent). Contact us for annual pricing details.

Can I migrate from Mindbody or another platform?

Absolutely! Base plan includes self-service migration tools and guidance. Premium plan includes full white-glove migration - we'll export your data from your old system and import it into Wellspring for you. No data loss, no headaches.

Is there a setup fee?

No! Unlike legacy platforms that charge $1,000-2,000 in setup fees, all onboarding is included in your monthly price. We want you to succeed, not nickel-and-dime you.
